Every plan includes generous production capacity designed for normal business workloads. We continuously monitor platform usage and will proactively contact customers if their deployment consistently exceeds the intended scope of their plan. Our goal is to help customers scale, not surprise them with unexpected charges.

How is Archron priced?
+Archron is priced on governance scope, not metered usage. You buy the number of agents and business systems you want governed, not the volume they run.
What is the difference between the plans?
+The Pilot Program governs one agent operating on one business system, at early-access pricing with a 3-year price lock. Custom covers multiple agents and business systems with organization-wide governance on terms we set together.
Are there usage limits?
+Every plan includes generous production capacity designed for normal business workloads. Platform usage is monitored under a Fair Usage Policy to keep the service reliable for everyone.
What does the 3-year price lock cover?
+Pilot Program customers keep their early-access pricing for three years on their pilot scope of one agent and one business system. Expanding beyond that scope is priced at the then-current rates.
Which systems and agents are supported today?
+Archron ships Salesforce as the first business system and Claude, connected through an org-level connector, as the first agent surface. The platform is agent-agnostic by design, and more connectors are on the roadmap.
